If this was a movie, NFL Commissioner Rodger Goodell would rate it NC-17.

Cleveland Browns defensive end Joe “Turkey” Jones sacks Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Terry Bradshaw in 1976. The officials blew their whistle, but Jones claimed he didn’t hear them. Jones’ sack was flagged for a 15-yard penalty and he was later fined $3,000. Bradshaw suffered a concussion. Jones was not suspended for any games.
